Maintenance
It is strongly recommended that climbing facilities are maintained annually. Entre-Prises can conduct a full inspection and maintenance check of your facility to include all elements of the climbing wall. A full report and certification is provided upon completion of the maintenance inspection that details appropriate findings and recommendations.
There are 3 levels of maintenance that should be carried out at varying time intervals.

A routine visual inspection by the user to spot any potential risks due to vandalism or weather conditions.

An in-depth inspection by a competent person as advised by Entre-Prises personnel to verify the stability of the equipment and locate and reduce signs of wall deterioration.

An annual inspection undertaken by Entre-Prises personnel conforming to the manufacture's instructions with verification of the global stability of the equipment, the foundation and flooring, eventual repair work that had been done and any equipment that had been added or replaced during the year. Special case: articulating parts on an artificial climbing wall require a more in-depth inspection and more often.

In cases of accidents, the absence of an annual inspection systematically puts the blame on the climbing wall manager for not having maintained the wall as required. Only ENTRE-PRISES who created and installed your ACS can offer you an annual verification capable of guaranteeing the safety of its users and to prolong the longevity of your climbing wall. |

We propose different maintenance packages based on contracts extending from 1 to 5 years and under certain conditions can extend the product warranty of your equipment.

Testing and Conformity Upgrade
Many climbing facilities were constructed prior to the current European Standard (EN12572). Entre-Prises can assess the structure and provide a report detailing ways in which the facility can be made compliant with the European Standard.

Safety Consultancy
It is imperative, in this day and age, that climbing facilities are managed within a complete set of operating procedures. Entre-Prises can prepare an entire operations package to include training and induction of staff, risk assessment, health and safety plan, route setting and general maintenance procedures.
