Our Design Philosophy
We are not entirely sure, but we don't think we have a design philosophy!
Our approach to everything we do is to ensure that we are not only meeting, but exceeding our customers' expectations.
So our starting point is centred upon gaining an in depth understanding of a client's expectations and requirements. This is usually in the form of face to face meetings or calls and correspondence. It is then over to the design team to produce design proposals that bring together the core considerations: functionality, practicality and the aesthetics.
The designers are given a fairly free reign at this stage. Their remit is to follow the brief and then produce something special!
The sales team, and ultimately the Managing Director, then step in and we have a short "design by committee" stage before we are happy to green light a design to be sent to a client.
We rarely get it absolutely right. Our first designs are just that - first designs. We expect, and indeed welcome, the opportunity to modify our designs in consultation with our clients.
Bespoke design for a bespoke solution is an imperative. Maybe that's our philosophy.
