Our on-line ordering site (webshop) is intended for use by people resident in the United Kingdom.
3. Product Descriptions
Entre-Prises makes every effort to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate. However, Entre-Prises does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free.
4. Price and payment
The price of Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
These prices include VAT at the current rate, except where indicated which will be added to the total amount due. Delivery charges will be added according to the total order value.
It is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than the stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product or reject your order and let you know the reason for that.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, if the pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognised as a mis-pricing.
On-line payments for Entre-Prises (UK) webshop Products are undertaken on our behalf by PayPal. With PayPal you can pay by credit card or through your PayPal Account. By using this service you are bound by PayPal's terms and conditions. Your debit or credit card is charged at the time you place your order.
If you would like to place an order and make payment directly using a credit / debit card please contact a member of our sales team. We accept Access, Mastercard, Visa and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
5. Shipping and handling
Shipping to addresses within mainland UK only will be charged at the following rates based on order value including VAT. Less than £100.00: £10.00+VAT; £100.00 - £199.99: £15.00+VAT; More than £200: £20.00+VAT. Small orders of holds and fixings may benefit from a reduced shipping rate of £7.75 plus VAT.
We can advise you of delivery charges for other geographical areas on receipt of your order. We recommend that customers outside the UK contact their own country's distributor for purchases of Entre-Prises products. 6. Delivery schedule
Orders received before 12 noon will normally be processed on a next working day delivery service in mainland UK. There is a delivery time extension for some geographical areas. Delivery is subject to availability.
7. Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
8. Tax charges
VAT will be chared at the current rate and is included in the price displayed for products on our website.
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You should contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
